What you will do
- Lead a team of 4-6 software engineers, collaborating with a Product Manager and Product Designer.
- Drive your team’s objectives and ensure successful delivery against clear KPIs and SLOs.
- Champion the growth and engagement of your team members through mentoring and development plans.
- Remain technically involved by contributing to software architecture, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
- Define and communicate clear, SMART objectives for your squad.
- Be actively involved in the hiring process for the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience in people management.
- Strong knowledge of robust and scalable architectural patterns.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working on large-scale projects in fast-paced environments.
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- English: Application and CV must be submitted in English.
