What you will do

• Lead a team of 4-6 software engineers, collaborating with a Product Manager and Product Designer.
• Drive your team’s objectives and ensure successful delivery against clear KPIs and SLOs.
• Champion the growth and engagement of your team members through mentoring and development plans.
• Remain technically involved by contributing to software architecture, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
• Define and communicate clear, SMART objectives for your squad.
• Be actively involved in the hiring process for the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience in people management.
• Strong knowledge of robust and scalable architectural patterns.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working on large-scale projects in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• English: Application and CV must be submitted in English.
