Location: Remote (Ukraine) or onsite in Dnipro, Ukraine

What you will do

  • Identify, research, and engage potential partners in the GameDev industry.
  • Generate leads through outbound activities (LinkedIn, email outreach, conferences).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
  • Conduct calls and meetings, presenting company services and expertise.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closing.
  • Maintain CRM data effectively.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience in outsourcing or service-based companies.
  • Strong understanding of the GameDev market and development services (PC, Console games).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident spoken and written English (B2+/C1).
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and sales tools.
  • Existing network in the gaming industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

  • Understanding of trends in the global gaming market (PC, console).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive mindset.
