Business Development Manager (Gamedev)

Business Development Manager (Gamedev): Finding and building partnerships with studios and systematically developing the BD direction with an accent on studio scouting in Europe. Focus on conducting intro calls with studios and gathering information about projects.

QS Games is a Ukrainian product game development company that is undergoing a transformation stage and building a foundation for a future European ecosystem with a publishing direction.

What you will do

• Scout indie and small studios in Europe: AppMagic, itch.io, Steam, mobile stores, Discord/LinkedIn communities.
• Conduct initial contacts: outreach, leads, relevance assessment.
• Conduct intro calls with studios and perform basic qualification.
• Gather information about the project, metrics, and team fit.
• Support CRM, forming and maintaining studio profiles, controlling statuses and tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BizDev / publishing / UA / partnership management in gamedev.
• Understanding of mobile gamedev, HC/Hybrid/Casual genres, and market trends.
• Ability to build initial contact and maintain dialogue.
• Analytical skills, structured approach, responsibility, independence.
• Desire to work with the direction's strategy and its construction.

Nice to have

• Experience in closing deals, conducting negotiations, and working with contracts.
• Experience working with EU studios.
