What you will do
- Own and deliver a global SEO strategy with emphasis on technical SEO, LLM optimisation, and AEO.
- Increase discoverability in AI-powered search engines through structured content and optimisation.
- Conduct detailed site audits, diagnose issues, and implement fixes for technical SEO.
- Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and manage backlink strategies.
- Manage paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring accurate targeting and budget efficiency.
- Analyze performance data, build reports, and measure impact across SEO and paid media funnels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical SEO and LLM/AEO optimisation for B2B SaaS, multi-site, or multi-brand portfolios on an international scale.
- Hands-on ability with HTML/CSS and basic front-end troubleshooting.
- Expertise with tools including Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI-driven SERP monitoring tools.
- Strong skills in internal linking, site architecture, schema, structured data, programmatic SEO, and answer-box/feature snippet optimisation.
- Demonstrable success managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across search, programmatic, marketplace, and social platforms.
- Experience with international/multilingual SEO and paid media.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems (HubSpot Marketing Hub preferred).
- Experience in data layer implementation and advanced tracking setups.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising platforms beyond Google/Microsoft/LinkedIn.
- Experience building automation workflows using scripts, APIs, or AI tools.
- Knowledge of privacy-first marketing practices.
