Director, Product & Tech (Cloud Kitchens)

Location: Must join the team for face-to-face connection and collaboration in our beautiful Berlin campus 2 days a week.

What you will do

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the roadmap for hirify.global’s cloud kitchens products.
• Act as the primary liaison between the GFS Product/Tech hub in Berlin and the business heads in the regions.
• Communicate the product vision and technical trade-offs to senior leadership.
• Co-own the tech-driven growth of topline KPIs (Sales, Occupancy, Avg. Daily Orders, Prep Time, Rider Wait Time, etc.) with the business heads.
• Manage a high-caliber team, fostering a culture of "Servant Leadership."
• Lead the integration of the GFS Product & Tech stack into the overall DH global infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading product strategy and execution at scale, with 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in managing and developing product & tech managers.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to define and drive vision across complex stakeholder landscapes and multiple teams.
• Strong analytical approach to product development, including designing experiments, interpreting data, and applying insights to improve outcomes.
• Good understanding of logistics, marketplace, or pricing-related domains.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across regions, functions, and seniority levels.
