Director, Product & Tech (Cloud Kitchens)

What you will do

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for cloud kitchen products driving growth and profitability.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Berlin-based product hub and regional business heads.
• Communicate technical trade-offs and product vision to senior leadership.
• Co-own tech-driven growth KPIs including sales, occupancy, and operational prep times.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3 managers and 14 individual contributors using a servant leadership approach.
• Lead the integration of the product stack into the wider group global infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy at scale within complex ecosystems.
• Experience managing and developing product and tech managers.
• Strong analytical approach to product development, including experimental design and data interpretation.
• Understanding of logistics, marketplace, or pricing domains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
