Senior Product Designer (AI)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (AI): Designing and iterating on interaction and visual UI for new and existing product features, including AI-assisted experiences, with an accent on improving usability and effectiveness. Focus on experimenting with AI-assisted design workflows, applying AI within the product to enhance customer efficiency, and gaining deep insights into customer behaviors through research.

Location: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Employment is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

What you will do

• Define, test, and iterate on interaction design (user flows, wireframes, prototypes) for new and existing features, including AI-assisted/AI-powered experiences.
• Experiment with AI tools and techniques within the design process to accelerate discovery, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Participate in user research to guide product design decisions.
• Ensure all aspects of the product are easy to use and delightful.
• Design beautiful visual UI that adheres to UI design standards (high-resolution screen mockups).

Requirements

• 6+ years of product-based UX design experience working on complex desktop, web, and/or mobile software apps.
• Proven track record of designing successful SaaS-based software products and features from scratch.
• A portfolio demonstrating high expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping/testing, and visual UI design.
• Experience exploring or shipping AI-assisted features, or strong curiosity in applying emerging technologies to customer problems.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers.
