hirify.global is launching a new crypto casino and is seeking a Streamer Manager to build and grow its creator program.

What you will do

• Discover and onboard streamers across crypto, Web3, gambling, and gaming platforms (Kick, Twitch, YouTube, X).
• Create and manage the streamer acquisition and activation plan, establishing scalable processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for all partnered streamers, ensuring motivation and brand alignment.
• Coordinate promotions, giveaways, new game launches, and special events.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams on streamer-led campaigns, including tournaments and rewards.
• Monitor performance using key metrics like traffic, FTDs, NGR, engagement, and ROI.
• Ensure all deals align with transparent, on-chain values, including fair terms and proper disclosures.

Requirements

• Experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or business development (crypto, gaming, or streaming preferred).
• Solid connections in the streaming and creator communities.
• Strong communication and deal-making skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup.
• Data-minded with a practical approach to performance and optimisation.
