Location: Remote, requires CST or EST working hours. Hiring regions include Canada, LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia), and UK. Travel 2-3 times per year (RDC + team meet-ups).

What you will do

• Ideate, brief artists for, publish, and test thumbnails, icons, and Roblox page visuals.
• Review performance dashboards to identify effective strategies and recommend future experiments.
• Ideate and execute content for social platforms like Twitter/X, Discord, Instagram, TikTok.
• Capture Roblox gameplay footage and create simple, engaging videos.
• Support creator/YouTuber experiments and contribute to new ideas for player growth and engagement.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with Roblox as a player, creator, or community member.
• Experience creating or running content for social platforms (personal or professional).
• Demonstrated ability to take ideas from concept to execution and publication.
• Comfort with capturing gameplay and light video/image editing.
• Ability to read dashboards and basic Google Sheets to explain performance.
• Good time management and prioritization skills, comfortable collaborating and learning.

Nice to have

• Experience working on or around Roblox games.
• Exposure to SEO, social optimization, or content performance testing.
• Spanish language skills.
• Experience in gaming, UGC, or creator-led communities.
