Product Manager (AI): Driving the strategy and execution of AI-enabled products within a procure-to-pay platform with an accent on customer empathy, data-driven decisions, and business outcomes. Location: Hybrid in Mountain View, CA, requiring 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 + Bonus and Equity

What you will do

• Define and implement KPIs to track product progress toward desired outcomes.
• Represent the voice of the customer in design, AI research, and development processes.
• Deliver AI-enabled experiences to transform procurement and finance team workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure product improvements realize their full potential and impact.
• Use data in collaboration with data scientists and analysts to inform high-impact decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience on products for external, non-technical users.
• Demonstrated success driving product initiatives that lead to measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI, including experience with AI-enabled product experiences.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for using data and customer feedback to drive decisions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience working in B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with business accounting/financial management or relevant coursework.
