• Design engaging visual content for long and short form educational videos/animations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop high-quality, creative assets for instructional content.
• Own the creative asset development process from start to finish.
• Coordinate efficient asset handoffs with animators.
• Interpret strategy to deliver compelling graphics and visuals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to bring requested assets to delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years design experience creating visual and motion graphics.
• Experience designing and producing video assets.
• Skilled in storyboarding, concepting, and style framing.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver diverse styles for a wide variety of content.
• Deep knowledge of social and digital platforms, formats, and best practices.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
