Senior Business Analyst (nCino/Salesforce)

TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (nCino/Salesforce): Liaising between business users and technology developers to capture requirements and deliver insights for the nCino Salesforce platform, with an accent on translating business needs into technical details and managing solution requirements. Focus on evaluating business objectives, proposing solutions, and documenting project details throughout the lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid (typically 2-3 days remote, remaining days onsite in Chesterfield, US). Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $105,000.00 – $140,000.00

What you will do

• Partner with assigned business areas to gain deep understanding of their processes and technology utilization.
• Produce Feasibility Studies and Business Cases to support Life Cycle Management and prioritization.
• Evaluate and analyze business requirements, elicit information, and propose solutions.
• Create and manage Solution Requirements Packages, including workflow storyboards, use cases, and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Manage requirements and documentation throughout projects.
• Assist in preparing testing strategies and test plans, and drive SIT and UAT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of experience with Salesforce as a CRM tool.
• Experience with nCino administration and/or implementation.
• Excellent communicator (oral and written) with technical understanding.
• Ability to read and understand technical requirements and design documentation.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; hirify.global is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

Nice to have

• Competence in Angular 8 or higher.
• Competence in .NET development 4.6 or greater (Entity Framework, backend and API).
• Good understanding of MS-SQL/T-SQL for supporting existing stored procedures and new database development.
• Expert-level knowledge and experience in Web development.
• Experience with Agile practices and methodology.
