Location: Hybrid, requiring work from hirify.global's Kitchener office 3 days per week or hirify.global's Toronto office 1 day per week.

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 CAD

• Guide teams on sound engineering decisions and robust designs.
• Develop and enable the growth of team members.
• Remove friction and barriers from your team’s work.
• Define clear team priorities and create reliable delivery plans.
• Act as Scrum Master and/or Agile coach to ensure effective team operation.
• Improve software delivery processes within your team and the department.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience successfully managing and leading Agile teams.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing people to high performance and reaching their potential.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Acumen with Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Hands-on experience building software.
