What you will do
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of semiconductor analysis content for clients.
- Develop estimates and plans for new subscription content offerings, assessing team expertise and equipment capabilities.
- Manage, train, and guide technology team members, setting objectives and fostering professional development.
- Resolve resource conflicts, elevate issues to management, and facilitate effective communication.
- Provide technical guidance as required and continuously drive changes to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Nanotechnology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology or engineering functions.
- 5+ years managing teams of 10+ professionals.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor technology trends and the competitive landscape.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required, including submitting citizenship or permanent residency information for U.S. Export Control Laws compliance.
