What you will do

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of semiconductor analysis content for clients.
• Develop estimates and plans for new subscription content offerings, assessing team expertise and equipment capabilities.
• Manage, train, and guide technology team members, setting objectives and fostering professional development.
• Resolve resource conflicts, elevate issues to management, and facilitate effective communication.
• Provide technical guidance as required and continuously drive changes to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Nanotechnology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology or engineering functions.
• 5+ years managing teams of 10+ professionals.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor technology trends and the competitive landscape.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required, including submitting citizenship or permanent residency information for U.S. Export Control Laws compliance.
