Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (4 days per month in the office). Offer only for candidates eligible to work and live in Poland.

What you will do

• Lead feature definition and scoping through discovery sessions with Design, Engineering, and subject matter experts.
• Author comprehensive Product Design Documents (PRDs) that clearly articulate user pain points and business objectives.
• Partner with the Data and Product teams to validate assumptions through user research and data analysis.
• Own the end-to-end sprint process, managing the backlog and ensuring a high velocity of high-quality releases.
• Present live demos of new functionality to internal stakeholders and produce clear release notes and documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Ulula squad, ensuring transparent communication regarding timelines, dependencies, and risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a SaaS or Sustainability Tech environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex sprint cycles and delivering software products on schedule.
• Ability to interpret data to monitor product health and inform the prioritisation of the backlog.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools (such as LLMs and productivity assistants) to streamline documentation and accelerate market research.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Eligible to work and live in Poland.
