What you will do
- Contribute to the development of the experience management domain and support the implementation of Customer Experience Surveys and onboarding to the Qualtrics platform.
- Collaborate closely with Product Manager, business stakeholders, and architects to understand business and technical needs.
- Build and manage the team backlog based on collected requirements.
- Create high-quality deliverables, including requirements and technical specifications supporting deliveries.
- Contribute to vision and roadmap planning by building and maintaining the team backlog.
- Actively participate in Agile Release Train ceremonies and events, setting direction and driving team-level objectives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working as a Product Owner in an agile setup.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge of customer surveys.
- Ability to connect team-level objectives with business vision and long-term product roadmap.
Nice to have
- Knowledge and understanding of SAFe.
- Understanding of GDPR principles and handling of PII data.
- Experience with the Qualtrics platform.
- Understanding of customer master data.
