TL;DR

Senior Product Owner: Contributing to the development of the experience management domain by working on Customer Experience Surveys and onboarding to the Qualtrics platform with an accent on aligning business needs with technical solutions and supporting the long-term product vision. Focus on building and managing the team backlog, creating high-quality deliverables, and actively participating in Agile Release Train ceremonies.

Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, with at least 3 days per week from the office.

Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day (B2B)

What you will do

• Contribute to the development of the experience management domain and support the implementation of Customer Experience Surveys and onboarding to the Qualtrics platform.
• Collaborate closely with Product Manager, business stakeholders, and architects to understand business and technical needs.
• Build and manage the team backlog based on collected requirements.
• Create high-quality deliverables, including requirements and technical specifications supporting deliveries.
• Contribute to vision and roadmap planning by building and maintaining the team backlog.
• Actively participate in Agile Release Train ceremonies and events, setting direction and driving team-level objectives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working as a Product Owner in an agile setup.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Experience working with distributed global teams.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of customer surveys.
• Ability to connect team-level objectives with business vision and long-term product roadmap.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and understanding of SAFe.
• Understanding of GDPR principles and handling of PII data.
• Experience with the Qualtrics platform.
• Understanding of customer master data.
