What you will do

• Architect and execute the transition from a sales-led motion to a product-led growth engine, focusing on activation, retention, and self-service revenue.
• Lead high-velocity experimentation, shipping experiments rapidly and using data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with local Customer Success and Sales teams across 13 countries to transition to a Product-Led Sales model.
• Define the vision, strategy, and key results for your team to grow the value provided to doctors.
• Influence business leaders with data to align the company around your product strategy.

Requirements

• PLG & Transformation Experience: Specific experience building product-led growth flywheels or transforming organizations from Sales-Led to Product-Led.
• Proven Product Management Experience: 5+ years in product management (B2B2C or B2B) with a strong track record of launching and growing successful products.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience launching a new product from scratch (startup experience or driving new initiatives within a larger organization).
• Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical skills to synthesize product usage data, define evaluation pipelines, and derive actionable insights to improve retention and conversion.
• Judgment on Systems: Ability to balance moving fast and scrappy with investing in infrastructure, avoiding over-engineering.
• Collaborative Force Multiplier: Experience scaling execution across distributed teams.
