What you will do

• Execute technical discovery to understand client needs and identify opportunities for hirify.global solutions.
• Guide and support customers in deploying hirify.global models and products into their infrastructure.
• Ensure optimal production setup from low-level GPU stack to infrastructure, backend, and frontend interfaces.
• Develop custom features for customers as needed.
• Onboard customers, providing guidance on deployment and integration.
• Define and track success metrics for customer POCs and lead projects leveraging internal and customer teams.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• Experience working as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer or Cloud Solution Architect.
• Experience with deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments.
• Fluent in Python.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science and ability to connect technology and business value.
