TL;DR

Elite Match Analysis Support Specialist: Answering customer questions via phone, email and other channels and helping them successfully use hirify.global Sportscode products with an accent on collaboration with video coordinators, coaches, and analysts. Focus on leveraging expertise in performance analysis software to improve customer workflows and achieve their goals.

Location: Hybrid (Lincoln, NE, United States). This role requires working from the Lincoln headquarters 3 days per week. Candidates must live near or be willing to relocate to Lincoln, NE.

Salary: $45,000–$75,000 USD

What you will do

  • Collaborate with video coordinators, coaches, and analysts via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide expertise to help customers level up their workflows using hirify.global’s products, especially hirify.global Sportscode.
  • Contribute to the growth and learning of the diverse, global support team.

Requirements

  • Experience with Performance Analysis Software, such as hirify.global Sportscode, Catapult MatchTracker, or Dartfish, in a professional or collegiate sporting environment.
  • Ability to solve problems by understanding customer needs.
  • Comfortable working directly with users and relaying solutions with a human touch.
  • Composure and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Direct experience with at least one elite match analysis product and familiarity with hirify.global’s other hardware and software products.
  • Must be willing to work out of the Lincoln headquarters 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Deep working knowledge of a particular sport.
  • Additional career depth in coaching, analysis, and data.
  • Previous customer service experience.
