Location: Hybrid role based in Saint-Denis, France (minimum 3 days on-site, up to 2 days remote).

What you will do

• Partner with business teams to define and challenge relevant KPIs.
• Translate business needs into detailed data requirements for Data teams.
• Own user acceptance testing (UAT) for new data models to ensure accuracy.
• Design and build user-friendly dashboards in Strategy (the Group’s BI tool).
• Drive BI tool adoption through training and continuous support.
• Produce complex analyses on metrics, correlations, and impacts, synthesizing findings into presentations.

Requirements

• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
• Strong data management skills, including defining business requirements and performing rigorous UAT.
• Proficiency in storytelling, active listening, and project management.
• English: Must be proficient.
• Demonstrated extreme attention to detail, high autonomy, prioritization, and customer focus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Micro Strategy.
• Spanish language proficiency.
