Business Development Analyst Intern (Financial Markets)

What you will do

• Support strategic planning and execution for the indices, ETFs, and securitised derivatives scope.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s 2027 strategic roadmap and coordinate strategic-plan initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Support cross-functional projects and maintain intelligence sources on the business environment.

Requirements

• Final- or penultimate-year student at a university, business school, or engineering school with strong academic credentials.
• Previous internship in financial markets, corporate finance, strategy consulting, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of financial services and complex strategic, operational, and regulatory matters.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project-delivery skills.
• Fluent English required; French fluency is a plus.
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
