AI Technologist (AI)

TL;DR

AI Technologist (AI): Designing, developing, and delivering AI/ML demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts for clients with an accent on advanced analytics, ML techniques, and agentic AI workflows. Focus on selecting, deploying, and fine-tuning AI models, designing vector databases, and implementing retrieval-augmented solutions.

Location: Remote (USA). This role will require frequent travel to customer sites.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Public Sector clients to understand business objectives and AI/ML use cases.
• Design, prototype, and deliver AI/ML technology demonstrators aligned with client needs.
• Apply advanced analytics and ML techniques across predictive and prescriptive use cases.
• Select, deploy, and fine-tune AI models from Hugging Face and other repositories.
• Design and implement vector databases and retrieval-augmented solutions.
• Develop agentic AI workflows, including multi-step reasoning, and write production-quality SQL and Python code.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions in production.
• Expert Python programming and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and LangChain.
• Experience with Hugging Face model selection and deployment.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and multi-step reasoning.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with proven ability to engage with both executive and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP data and analytic technologies.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Understanding of data privacy and security requirements.
