What you will do

  • Provide timely, empathetic, and personalized assistance to customers.
  • Handle non-technical inquiries about accounts, subscriptions, and product offerings via email (help desk).
  • Deliver positive customer assistance experiences that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate independently and with other teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience assisting others.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service, including proactive prevention of issues.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills.
  • Exceptional reading comprehension and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience with any ticketing systems.
