What you will do

  • Support internal customers worldwide daily, handling complaints.
  • Assist clients during integration with our systems.
  • Provide solutions and accurate feedback to customers within time limits.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive continuous improvement of internal and external processes.
  • Redirect problems to an appropriate resource.
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service in a help desk, service desk, or Technical support L2.
  • Experience providing remote support for client, server, and web-based applications.
  • Troubleshooting/Manual testing skills in scope of REST API (Postman, Swagger, cURL)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to details.
  • Experience in analyzing system metrics and logs (Elasticsearch, Grafana, etc.).
  • Upper-Intermediate level of Spoken and written English is a must.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM.
  • Experience with MS SQL.
  • Experience with any message broker.
  • Excellent problem investigation and solving skills.
  • Responsibility, initiative, self-organization, and striving to learn.
  • Diploma, certificates, or other IT designations.
