What you will do

• Serve as a strategic business partner to IT, R&D, and G&A teams, leading sourcing conversations and aligning procurement strategy.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including market analysis, vendor evaluation, RFPs, and contract negotiation.
• Use data-driven insights with BI tools like Sigma to shape sourcing strategy, track metrics, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Act as a sourcing generalist, supporting cross-functional needs across multiple spend categories.
• Champion procurement systems and tools like Coupa and Expent.ai, ensuring adoption and workflow optimization.
• Build and refine scalable sourcing processes for intake, supplier onboarding, and contract lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a high-growth SaaS, technology, or digital-first environment.
• Demonstrated category management experience across IT, R&D, and G&A.
• Proven ability to operate as a trusted strategic advisor with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with data-driven sourcing and cost optimization strategies, comfortable using BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau).
• Skilled at leading contract negotiations and ensuring alignment with legal and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical discipline.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Supply Chain, or related field).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise procurement tools and ERP platforms, particularly Coupa and NetSuite.
• Experience with procurement intake and contract lifecycle management tools like Omnea, Spotdraft, Ironclad.
• Enthusiasm about deploying AI-enabled tools and automation.
