Location: This is a remote position for candidates outside of the Bay Area and a hybrid role for candidates within commuting distance to San Francisco. Open to remote candidates worldwide across US time zones and up to GMT+1. US Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, ongoing basis without the need for current or future sponsorship. Candidates based outside of the United States will be engaged in this role as full-time contractors.

What you will do

• Take ownership of video content for the hirify.global YouTube channel.
• Produce long-form, beautifully visualized technical deep dives.
• Develop and execute strategy for short-form platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Partner with product to turn launches, especially around hirify.global's AI gateway, into engaging content.
• Bring new and fun video content ideas.
• Optimize for quality over cadence, prioritizing impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience scripting, recording, and being the face on camera for high-quality video content.
• Previously developed high-quality shorts for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and can develop, pitch, and execute on a long-term strategy.
• A portfolio of video work you’re proud of.
• Your own recording setup (or strong opinions about what you need).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts authentically, having written real code professionally or as a hobbyist.
• Experience building something useful (or weird) using AI agents and LLMs, with genuine curiosity about the future of AI development.
• A love of storytelling and a confident personal style (written/visual/beyond!).
• An active hirify.global account.

Nice to have

• Experience with live content, such as streams, webinars, or live coding.
