What you will do
- Identify and vet both endemic NBA hirify.global creators and non-endemic influencers who align with the brand.
- Maintain a database of creator partners including content specialization, platform, and performance.
- Coordinate creative briefs and timelines for commissioned content supporting Studio initiatives and Marketing beats.
- Track the flow of assets from briefing to outreach to final delivery, ensuring all creator outputs meet deadlines and technical specifications.
- Organize, tag, and distribute finished creator assets to cross-functional partners across appropriate channels.
- Utilize analytics tools to report on the success of creator content for campaigns to inform future strategies.
- Support the execution of creator activations and events that empower creators to produce impactful content.
- Help conceptualize and produce engaging ‘edutainment’ that effectively communicates key product messaging.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in creator relations, influencer marketing, or content production, ideally in gaming.
- Strong understanding of NBA hirify.global or comparable live/sports game franchises is required.
- Knowledge of the tools and best practices across content platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, X).
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, project management tools, and collaborative tools like G Suite.
Nice to have
- Fundamental proficiency in Adobe creative apps (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
