TL;DR

Social Media Manager (Direct-to-Consumer, Mobile Gaming): Leading social media efforts to build scalable, out-of-app access to players for mobile games with an accent on driving DTC KPIs and revenue growth. Focus on designing audience capture strategies, optimizing content, and aligning social presence across multiple studios.

Location: Fully remote, US-based position. Candidates located in Dallas are welcome to work from the PeopleFun office, though it is not an expectation.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and execute social media strategy with a primary focus on driving Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) KPIs and revenue.
  • Partner with the DTC team to design out-of-app audience capture strategies that support DTC growth.
  • Manage day-to-day social media execution across multiple studios and products.
  • Coordinate and oversee outsourced social media partners where applicable.
  • Define and track social performance against DTC-focused KPIs, testing and optimizing content and calls-to-action.
  • Collaborate with DTC, Product, Analytics, and Studio teams to align social efforts with DTC initiatives and launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing social media for consumer-facing products or brands.
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven social strategies tied to growth and conversion.
  • Experience operating social programs at scale, including coordination with external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect social activity to downstream business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional, multi-studio environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Direct-to-Consumer platforms or web-based monetization.
  • Background in mobile gaming, live ops, or digital entertainment.
  • Familiarity with social tooling, automation, and workflow optimization.
