What you will do

• Write high-impact, conversion-focused copy for paid ads, landing pages, email, and social media.
• Support performance marketing initiatives by helping build, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns.
• Conceptualise and iterate creative concepts in close collaboration with the design team.
• Analyze full-funnel performance data to identify drop-offs, test hypotheses, and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop growth initiatives and scale winning strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, copywriting, and market research.
• Creative mindset with a knack for writing engaging content.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize funnels.
• Hands-on mentality, eager to learn and experiment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
