Location: For candidates based in the Austin, Texas metro area, this role follows a hybrid work model, with three days per week in the office to balance focused individual work and meaningful in-person collaboration.

Salary: $100,000–$169,000

What you will do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for core B2B capability areas (e.g. pricing, customer hierarchies, ordering workflows, quotes, integrations, permissions, storefront experiences).
  • Translate the broader B2B vision into clear problem statements, opportunities, and executable plans.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery from discovery through launch, iteration, and scale, ensuring solutions scale across customer size, complexity, and verticals.
  • Own success metrics for your product areas, including adoption, engagement, performance, and contribution to retention, expansion and revenue.
  • Partner with Sales, PMM, and Solutions teams to ensure features are usable, sellable, and clearly differentiated.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for B2B domains internally and externally with partners and customers.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, customer-facing products.
  • Strong understanding of B2B commerce, SaaS, and enterprise workflows (e.g. manufacturers, distributors, ERP-adjacent systems).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into shipped, measurable product and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments.
