What you will do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for core B2B capability areas (e.g. pricing, customer hierarchies, ordering workflows, quotes, integrations, permissions, storefront experiences).
- Translate the broader B2B vision into clear problem statements, opportunities, and executable plans.
- Lead cross-functional delivery from discovery through launch, iteration, and scale, ensuring solutions scale across customer size, complexity, and verticals.
- Own success metrics for your product areas, including adoption, engagement, performance, and contribution to retention, expansion and revenue.
- Partner with Sales, PMM, and Solutions teams to ensure features are usable, sellable, and clearly differentiated.
- Act as a subject matter expert for B2B domains internally and externally with partners and customers.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, customer-facing products.
- Strong understanding of B2B commerce, SaaS, and enterprise workflows (e.g. manufacturers, distributors, ERP-adjacent systems).
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into shipped, measurable product and revenue outcomes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments.
