What you will do

• Collaborate with the Marketplace Experience Director and local teams to translate regional strategies into actionable roadmaps.
• Implement and maintain standardized frameworks for program management, including project intake, prioritization, and tracking.
• Own the aggregated experience roadmap, identifying dependencies, sequencing risks, and opportunities for project synergy.
• Drive local projects to successful completion and act as the primary point of contact for roadblocks and cross-functional challenges.
• Design, implement, and manage the governance structure for the Marketplace Experience function in the region.
• Develop and maintain high-quality executive reporting on the status, health, and impact of the regional program portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in a Program Manager or Senior Project Management role, ideally managing a portfolio across multiple locations.
• Exceptional ability to create order out of ambiguity, designing and implementing governance, reporting, and process frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and articulate complex program risks to executive audiences.
• Comfort with data, metrics, and using portfolio metrics to drive prioritization and measure program success.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
