Sap Program Manager

SAP Program Manager (SAP): Managing the realization of customer requirements in global SAP delivery engagements with an accent on ensuring customer success and defining methodologies for S/4HANA or ECC customers. Location: Service Region: Germany, France, Switzerland. This role may require up to 100% travel.

What you will do

• Manage the realization of customer requirements in global delivery engagements.
• Bring extensive SAP knowledge to customer projects (introduction, expansion, upgrade, rollout, 2nd and 3rd level support).
• Manage all project phases from conception, design, customizing, prototyping to roll out.
• Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and reference ability for S/4HANA or ECC customers.
• Define methodology, tools, and processes for successful customer adoption.
• Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications.
• High customer orientation, service attitude, and business acumen.
• C-level communication skills and senior stakeholder management.
• Project Management experience with large and medium sized Enterprises.
• 10+ years of SAP professional experience and demonstrated knowledge / expertise.
• Fluency in German and business proficiency in English required.
