What you will do

• Define and drive the technical and architectural vision and roadmap in partnership with the CTO and Product Owners.
• Execute the technical implementation of the software roadmap from discovery through delivery.
• Manage the development group, database administrators, and DevOps personnel, implementing CI/CD principles.
• Design and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available backend services, ensuring future-proof systems.
• Integrate AI technologies across the technology stack and productivity tools.
• Lead and mentor the development team, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with deep expertise in C#/.NET in Agile environments.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role, demonstrating success in leading project delivery.
• Proven experience designing scalable, maintainable Azure-based applications using Azure Functions and serverless architectures.
• Strong expertise in Azure SQL Server, capable of designing and optimizing performant database structures.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating AI tools in enterprise applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to conduct demos and explain technical concepts clearly.
