What you will do
- Lead architectural design and product development for healthcare software solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable technical strategies.
- Perform hands-on coding and provide technical guidance to Agile development teams.
- Identify and mitigate architectural, security, and deployment risks early in the lifecycle.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize system integrity, reliability, and performance in cloud environments.
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish (daily customer collaboration required).
- Several years of hands-on experience in software development and solution design.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
- Solid understanding of SQL, REST APIs, and modern AI/LLM integration strategies.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR, openEHR, or SMART on FHIR.
