What you will do

• Lead product design and architecture, collaborating with customers and partners to understand needs and translate requirements into new products or enhancements.
• Engage in hands-on software development, contributing to coding tasks, setting up environments, and ensuring architectural decisions align with requirements in an Agile team.
• Identify and mitigate architectural, security, deployment, or configuration gaps early, proposing improvements for system integrity, reliability, and scalability.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance, helping resolve complex challenges, and fostering continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in software development and solution design, ideally combining architecture responsibilities with active coding.
• Proven experience leading technical work in customer projects or complex delivery environments.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, C#/.NET (Visual Studio/Code), ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL.
• Experience with AI & modern LLM usage (Azure OpenAI Service, agent prompting, LLM model understanding).
• Experience with Angular, React or React Native, REST API, Azure CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Agile development practices.
• Fluency in Finnish for daily collaboration with customers, and good communication skills in English for internal and cross-team cooperation.

Nice to have

• Infra as Code (IaC) experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards such as FHIR, openEHR, or SMART on FHIR.
