What you will do

  • Lead architectural design and product development for healthcare software solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable technical strategies.
  • Perform hands-on coding and provide technical guidance to Agile development teams.
  • Identify and mitigate architectural, security, and deployment risks early in the lifecycle.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Optimize system integrity, reliability, and performance in cloud environments.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish (daily customer collaboration required).
  • Several years of hands-on experience in software development and solution design.
  • Proficiency in C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, REST APIs, and modern AI/LLM integration strategies.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR, openEHR, or SMART on FHIR.
