Location: Hybrid in Potsdam and/or Berlin, Germany. Remote work possible for up to 2 months per year abroad.

What you will do

• Build features for the AIR·MS platform, including the open WebUI-based chatbot.
• Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and internal teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain the software stack and ensure reliable, stable deployments across environments.
• Help integrate in-house fine-tuned, medical-data-aware LLMs and agentic APIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of full-stack development experience, including Python/FastAPI and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Strong collaboration skills to work across engineering, product, and research teams.
• English: C1 required.
• Must be able to regularly be present in our Potsdam and/or Berlin office.
