TL;DR

Customer Care AI Implementation Specialist (AI): Designing, building, and optimizing AI bots (e-mailbots, chatbots, voicebots) for customer care operations with an accent on conversational flows, integration, and performance iteration. Focus on translating customer needs into intelligent automation, improving customer experience, and operational efficiency across multiple unique brands.

Location: Fully Remote within Europe. Proof of eligibility to work in the European country you are applying for is required. Sponsorship visas are not supported.

What you will do

  • Design and build AI chatbots, e-mailbots, and voicebots using low-code platforms and Python/BotScript.
  • Create conversational flows, implement bot logic, and configure deployments across customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze bot performance metrics, continuously iterating based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with AI teams and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and gather feedback.
  • Adapt bot strategies to address brand-specific pain points, tone of voice, and customer expectations across multiple brands.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical customer success, customer care, or bot implementation role.
  • Working knowledge of Python and scripting languages.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and visual programming tools.
  • Strong understanding of conversational design and customer journey mapping.
  • Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in a European country is required.

Nice to have

  • Previous customer care experience.
  • Experience with hosting/infrastructure environments.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms (Intercom, Freshdesk, Zendesk).
  • Experience working in multi-location or distributed teams.
