What you will do

• Create connectors and integrations to make company data available to AI systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, GitHub, Snowflake, Confluence).
• Build and maintain knowledge base pipelines, MCP integrations, and API connections powering AI tooling.
• Work with security and data governance requirements for integrations.
• Support internal teams in creating their own AI-powered data sources and automated workflows.
• Build templates, guardrails, and building blocks for non-engineers to experiment safely.
• Contribute to the internal automation platform using AWS Bedrock, n8n, and custom solutions.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities, ship quickly, measure outcomes, and iterate.
• Stay curious about emerging tools and techniques, applying them where impactful.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack skills in Python or TypeScript
• Experience shipping containerised software to Kubernetes
• Proven experience building AI tooling used by others in a commercial environment
• Comfortable working with LLMs, embeddings, and AI application patterns
• Experience designing and building API integrations
• Self-starter who takes ownership end-to-end
• Motivated by impact, wanting to see work make a difference
• English: B2 required
• Must be based in London, UK, for hybrid work model

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make or similar).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
• Experience with AWS Bedrock or other LLM provider APIs.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Frontend skills with Next.js or React for internal tooling.
