What you will do

• Architect and develop core Rust libraries for hirify.global web and mobile applications.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimal performance across web browsers and mobile devices.
• Conduct code reviews and optimize code quality and performance.
• Collaborate closely with frontend and mobile developers.
• Implement and maintain secure coding practices to uphold hirify.global's privacy standards.
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies including unit and integration tests.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation for core libraries.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in software development with strong Rust expertise.
• Proficiency in Rust language features, concurrency, and ownership model.
• Experience developing libraries for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Understanding of secure coding and commitment to privacy.
• Proficient with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
