What you will do
- Prioritize features, build roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve goals for Snap's advertising platform.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Marketing Science) to create cohesive, impactful solutions for Advertiser Facing Solutions (Ads Manager and Business Suite).
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact projects, driving clarity and alignment in ambiguous environments.
- Lead your product area by deeply understanding advertiser needs and market trends, crafting a compelling vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and data scientists to develop systems, products, and tools for Snap’s advertising ecosystem and user experiences.
- Execute across the product lifecycle, including gathering requirements, writing detailed specs, creating wireframes, running user research and AB tests, and launching with robust marketing and communication plans.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Ability to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced, collaborative, and kind environment.
- Ability to build trust with engineers, data science, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ability to define and analyze success metrics and input metrics.
- Skilled in interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organization.
