Principal Product Manager – Ads Measurement (AI): Leading the vision and execution of next-generation measurement products that help advertisers understand, optimize, and accelerate their business growth across the hirify.global ecosystem with an accent on attribution, incrementality, and AI‑driven insights. Focus on translating complex technical concepts into clear product direction and customer value.

Location: Redmond, United States. Starting January 26, 2026, employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: USD $139,900 – $296,400 per year.

What you will do

  • Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global Ads’ measurement platform.
  • Build and launch measurement capabilities, including attribution, incrementality, cross‑channel reporting, and AI‑driven insights.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and data science to design, validate, and ship features with measurable customer and business impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and account teams to ensure products meet advertiser needs and drive adoption.
  • Define and analyze product metrics to guide decisions and evaluate performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience driving strategy and shipping complex data, analytics, or measurement products at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑impact features.
  • Solid understanding of advertising or marketing technology, including measurement, attribution, experimentation, or performance optimization.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction and customer value.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
