What you will do

• Evaluate and approve lots for authenticity, condition, and market demand, providing accurate estimated values and improving listing quality.
• Create weekly high-quality, commercial auctions featuring Pokémon, One Piece, Sports Cards, and other Trading Cards.
• Actively grow supply and onboard professional and high-potential private sellers by leveraging your local and European network.
• Proactively identify supply opportunities and drive growth through seller activation, strong curation, and smart commercial decisions.
• Collaborate closely with local sales and marketing teams to achieve shared commercial goals and category growth initiatives.
• Analyze auction performance and buyer behavior data to identify gaps and growth opportunities, sharing insights to improve the category.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Trading Cards, especially Pokémon, One Piece, and Sports Cards, including grading, condition, rarity, and collector psychology.
• Hands-on experience buying and selling trading cards with a strong instinct for pricing, trends, and demand shifts in the European trading card market.
• A strong existing network in Europe, including card shops, dealers, professional sellers, collectors, and grading communities.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
• Comfortable acting as an ambassador for hirify.global and working with data and digital tools.
• Must be based in Germany or the Netherlands.
