What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of social channels (TikTok, Instagram, emerging platforms).
- Drive growth through culture-led content and creator-powered performance.
- Build and scale a creator commissioning engine for UGC and paid social.
- Partner with acquisition teams to develop revenue-driving creative concepts.
- Establish repeatable frameworks linking content to performance outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of creators and social specialists.
Requirements
- B2C social experience.
- Proven leadership across TikTok and Instagram at scale.
- Strong commercial mindset blending brand and acquisition goals.
- Hands-on experience commissioning and managing UGC creators.
- Deep understanding of trends, short-form storytelling, and culture.
- Confidence operating in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
