Location: Hybrid in the Netherlands, requiring two days a week in the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Build and own the growth strategy for Trading Cards.
• Drive performance by turning data into decisions on pricing, supply, and conversion.
• Shape auction planning based on market trends, collector behaviour, and market opportunities.
• Grow and activate a strong seller pipeline in partnership with Sales.
• Lead, develop, and coach an international team of Trading Card Experts.
• Manage the category P&L and make decisions that improve revenue and margin.
