hirify.global is looking for an experienced AWS Architect to join their team for 6 months.

What you will do

• Audit the AWS infrastructure to ensure it aligns with the latest best practices and company requirements.
• Work closely with the tech team to ensure that the infrastructure meets their needs and requirements.
• Oversee the safe decommissioning and removal of outdated or unused AWS resources.
• Manage the termination of unused AWS instances, and ensure that data is securely wiped or transferred when decommissioning.
• Provide documentation (JIRA) and records for all decommissioned resources.
• Provide support and assistance for all AWS related network connectivity.

Requirements

• Certified AWS Solution Architect Associate, or preferably Professional certification or extensive experience in AWS architecture and engineering.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, Fargate etc.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and storage technologies in AWS.
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based infrastructure solutions on AWS within a product quality environment.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
