What you will do
- Audit AWS infrastructure against current best practices and company requirements.
- Work with the technology team to align cloud infrastructure with service needs.
- Identify and safely decommission outdated or unused AWS resources and instances.
- Securely wipe or transfer data during decommissioning and maintain JIRA documentation.
- Support AWS-related network connectivity and track current AWS technologies and practices.
Requirements
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification, preferably Professional, or extensive AWS architecture and engineering experience.
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and Fargate.
- Strong knowledge of AWS networking, security, and storage technologies.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure AWS infrastructure in a product-quality environment.
- Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
