What you will do

• Monitor systems 24/7.
• Develop and support monitoring and alerting systems.
• Troubleshoot and escalate incidents.
• Reproduce bugs and report them.
• Assist support with technical questions.
• Upload information from databases.

Requirements

• Analytical thinking and the ability to convey complex information simply.
• Communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks (understanding the TCP/IP model).
• Basic knowledge of Linux (working with the command line and basic troubleshooting skills).
• Basic knowledge of SQL (writing SELECT queries).

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, etc.) and bug tracking systems (YouTrack, Jira, etc.).
