What you will do

• Build automated and interactive data science products to support product and business decisions.
• Design, execute, and support experiments to validate hypotheses and product objectives.
• Partner with Analysts, Machine Learning Engineers, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Run exploratory data analysis and track performance of data science products.
• Clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and evolve data science best practices.

Requirements

• University degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience building and deploying predictive models and machine learning solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics, experimentation, and experimental design.
• Proficiency in Python, following development best practices.
• Experience processing large datasets using Spark or PySpark.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) for data storage and model deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Bash, Docker, or Databricks.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
