What you will do

• Own and scale Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
• Manage and grow large monthly budgets with ROAS / LTV focus.
• Operate on top of and help evolve the in-house UA automation algorithm.
• Design and execute testing frameworks.
• Drive creative and funnel experiments with product and creative teams.
• Identify scalable growth levers and maintain campaign logic and process documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience managing significant paid social budgets.
• Experience with subscription or B2C digital products.
• Strong analytical and experimentation mindset.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• English: B1+ required.
