What you will do
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (primarily Snapchat & TikTok).
- Monitor performance, make data-driven optimizations, and assist with budget allocation.
- Collaborate with creative and data teams on ad concepts, testing, insights, and feedback.
- Run A/B tests to identify winning creatives, audiences, and strategies.
- Research market trends, competitors, and best practices in paid social.
- Identify growth opportunities, experiment with new ideas, and drive sustainable increases in spend and ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest) with proven ability to scale $100K+ monthly budgets and maintain strong ROI.
- Experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and regions.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, MixPanel, and custom performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of paid social account structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing methodologies.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
