What you will do
- Own capital allocation across Rider user acquisition channels, delivering positive incremental ROI.
- Evaluate user acquisition campaign incrementality through in-house and CLS experiments.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Martech, and Analytics teams to align strategy.
- Own the performance marketing roadmap, leading ad experiments and optimizing campaigns.
- Co-manage and initiate ad creative production for Rider acquisition campaigns.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with app-based advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale performance marketing budgets across multiple markets.
- Experience leading or mentoring small teams within a performance marketing or growth environment.
- Strong understanding of ad technical setup and app/web attribution, with experience using mobile measurement partners (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust, or Singular) and Google Tag Manager.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize work based on impact, opportunity, and business goals.
Nice to have
- Exposure to affiliate or programmatic channels.
- Familiarity with GA4 or BI tools such as Looker.
