What you will do
- Convert Figma designs to production code with extreme attention to detail.
- Ship A/B tests through PostHog and implement feature flags.
- Rapidly iterate on features in tight cycles with the designer.
- Build and maintain the design system using Solid.js and Tailwind.
- Ensure fast, responsive experiences across devices, including older Chromebooks.
Requirements
- Strong frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with React or similar frameworks.
- Obsessive attention to design details and spacing.
- Ability to work independently and ship fast.
- Comfortable with rapid iteration and experimentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with Solid.js, Zustand, or similar modern tools.
- A/B testing and growth experimentation background.
- Design system development experience.
- Education or impact-focused product experience.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards.
