Salary: $100,000–$180,000 cash

What you will do

• Convert Figma designs to production code with extreme attention to detail.
• Ship A/B tests through PostHog and implement feature flags.
• Rapidly iterate on features in tight cycles with the designer.
• Build and maintain the design system using Solid.js and Tailwind.
• Ensure fast, responsive experiences across devices, including older Chromebooks.

Requirements

• Strong frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with React or similar frameworks.
• Obsessive attention to design details and spacing.
• Ability to work independently and ship fast.
• Comfortable with rapid iteration and experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Solid.js, Zustand, or similar modern tools.
• A/B testing and growth experimentation background.
• Design system development experience.
• Education or impact-focused product experience.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards.
