Founding Engineer (AI): Building autonomous, intelligent systems for performance marketing with an accent on frontier AI problems, data infrastructure, and agent orchestration. Focus on solving hard technical challenges in RL, bandits, reasoning, agent reliability, and ad creative generation workflows to make ads more efficient and profitable.

Location: On-site in New York City. Relocation support to move to NYC is provided.

Salary: $180,000–$300,000 + 1-2% equity

What you will do

• Define and build the core technology stack that powers hirify.global.
• Work on frontier AI problems and data infrastructure.
• Implement agent orchestration to build autonomous, intelligent systems.
• Deliver the next generation of performance marketing solutions.
• Own and deliver on ambitious, ambiguous projects.
• Solve hard technical challenges, including RL, bandits, reasoning, agent reliability, and ad creative generation workflows.

Requirements

• Demonstrated exceptional talent, strong ability, and pace through shipped products, research, open-source, startups, competitions, or other deeply technical work.
• Excitement to own and deliver on ambitious, ambiguous projects that involve solving hard technical challenges.
• Care about the problem of running efficient digital ads and recognize their impact on global commerce.
• English: B2 required.
